Confirmation of documents needed to buy a private used car please?

Morning all

I am about to buy a used car, and wanted to confirm the documents that i need.

We have taken a 6 month rental agreement on a house in Spain, and have also put down a deposit to purchase our own house in Spain.

I have the rental agreement in Spanish, A copy of the house purchase contract, NIE number, car insurance is purchased, I do not yet have a Padron as i do not move until mid January.

Do you think im missing anything?

You need the purchase contract, the NIE and passport copy of the seller (or his DNI, if he/she is spanish). Apart from that, it is correct that you do not need the empadronamiento.
