Hello,
I have been looking at villas in Busot this week with Sunterra,Alicante.
I am very interested in one and are having a second viewing on Thursday this week.
Could you please give me any advice, information or pitfalls I need to be aware of before taking the next step.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for your info.
I have been asked to pay deposit of 10% of property value approx £20,000 does this sound excessive, we are viewing today so if all goes well could you recommend a solicitor, really appreciate your help
