Can anyone advise definitively, in Spanish law is it illegal to feed feral cats?

Why is there no cats in Madrid?

Hello

I'm a registered feeder with the Councillor for Animals at Torrevieja Town Hall, to feed some of the cats close to where I live, some of these cats were born in my garden & very domesticated.

They were all part of the Trap, Neuter & Return process earlier this year by CES cat charity who work with the town hall ,+ all given flea prevention treatment. They now have several feeding stations nearby that are topped up twice daily & all are healthy & well.
