Hello, could anyone help me how to download modelo 210 for submitting non residency tax, please?

I was on the tax office website for hours but coud not get anywhere as it asks for electronic ID.

Has anyone managed to do it without an accountant. I have paid them for several years but they put the same

details every year so presume I could copy that if had the form....

Thank you very much.

Just keep an eye on your annual rates bill/IBI from the Town Hall as that's the only thing that can cause a change on the Modelo 210.

Hi. I’ve read on one of the posts that one of the members is asking for the non residency tax form which she can’t access. We would like to complete the form ourselves. Can anyone access and forward it. I did see someone that did for her but I can’t find it 😩 thank you!

Marcliff has given a link to the Form in his reply.

Here are 2 more links to the Modelo 210

https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/es13/h/ie32100b.html?idi=en

https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/wlpl/OV17-M210/index.zul
Basic Information for filling in the form:

You have to complete a separate Modelo 210 for each person on the Deeds.

If 2 people:

When you work out the 2% of "base imponible" from your SUMA/IBI/rates bill you divide it by 2 to get half each  and use the resultant figure at 02

Your income is 02. At the Determination of taxable Base

Accrual Year is 2024 Date of Accrual Year is 31/12/24
Income Obtained
On the Form at Income Obtained you Put In Income Type 02 Income From Urban Property
Determination of the Taxable Base input the 2% of the Base Imponible from your SUMA Bill for 2024 (divide this figure equally by the number of persons named on the Deeds. A separate Modelo 210 must be completed for each person)
Settlement
At Box 21 you input 24% assuming you are UK Resident or 19% if you are EU resident
The form will now automatically calculate the Income Tax Due
Hit Validate Tax Record (at this stage if you have made errors it will point you back to them for correction) you will now get a pdf copy of the completed form. The Page with the Blue F -  is the one you take to a Spanish Bank to pay. If paying through your own Home Bank, i.e non Spanish Bank, there is a page generated where you fill in the bank details using the number generated by the pdf as your reference no which points back to you for the Spanish Revenue.

Hi, Many thanks for the explanation and links.

When I go into the link and the 210 form is there does this automatically go to the proper authorities when I submit the form?

Thanks, Keith.

No Keith you would have to be set up on-line with the Spanish AEAT tax office with a digital Cert or Cl@ve to do that.  With the link to the form in this post you fill it in  validate it and print it off. One of the pages you print off will have a blue 'F' on it which is the one you take to a Spanish bank to pay and that's when it gets returned to the Tax authorities. There is a. Facility on the form to pay it from your own bank but you would still have to set up the payment on your Bank A/c and do an EFT using the reference and bank details from the Modelo 210.
