Have missed a Suma payment due to bank change.

I understand that you need to make appointment so I can pay the outstanding bill and inform them of my new bank account.

Any advice welcome  any e-mail address

Barry

I’d just turn up and wait in line to be seen, that’s what I did when I was in exactly the same situation as you.

I  attended the Suma office a couple of weeks ago, no appointment, ticket system and they were very helpful too.

Hi Barry,

You can pay your bill online or over the telephone - their contact details are here:

https://www.suma.es/?idioma=en

If the payment window for the outstanding bill has already closed, I don't believe the CSV or Fijo numbers on your bill will still work for online payments, in which case, it would be better to call them.

Kind regards,

Kim
