Hi I am travelling to Cabo Roig April 4th, do I need to complete a locator form for going to Spain or not as I am not sure ? I know I don’t need to do one for coming back to the U.K . Thanks in advance for your reply’s .

As it stands, assuming you and anyone travelling with you are fully vaccinated & your passports are still valid then you just need your vaccination certificates and completion of the Spanish health form. Its worth a check nearer the time especially as the number of covid cases is on the rise in the UK, as one thing covid has taught us is things can change in hours.

Hi My Son came over on the 14th March and he needed his Spanish locator form filling in with details of were he was staying.

Hi this is the Spanish app for the location form that you have to fill in before your journey to spain. Its easy to fill in.

We cannot find the locator form..we have filled in the health form and get the QR code on the fourth to travel on the sixth
