Morning everyone I just wondering I have had both my vaccine jabs but they have only given me a strip of paper wich says i have had both is there any way I can make it into a card so I can carry it with me

My husband was given a strip of paper with a website address which I assume will enable him to print off a certificate of some kind.
He also had his vaccinations at Cabo Roig M C
When I had my 1st Vaccination at Torrevieja Municipal centre I was given a credit card sized card with the type of vaccine given and the date, which I can then take when I get my 2nd Vaccination on the 25th of this month.
