Depending on how many days you use your Spanish car in Spain a hired vehicle might be more economic. Please consider all the standing costs, maintenance, taxes, insurance, parking etc. That's whay I never would be a motor home, a hotel is cheaper.

If you end up buying a new car and want to have it parked safely undercover, I would highly recommend Kirstin Engels. You will be met outside COSTA COFFEE at Departures and hand over your car and when returning to Spain, we text once at Passport control and she or a fellow member of staff will be waiting with your car again outside Costa Coffee. It’s faultless. No buses to take to get your car, it’s more if a valet service. Superb

We are looking at used cars and are fed up with the queues for hire cars. Despite the fact we have our own insurance the paranoia around every bump & scratch this causes, added too the very large deposit they hold on too we weighed up it was worth it now we are coming over more often

Can definitely recommend Umbrella Parking close to the airport - great service, reasonably priced and very honest - could of ripped us off first time we did annual parking as we’d over counted our need for parking.  They told us what we needed and charged accordingly.

Now we live here permanently we use them when travelling and our recent 6 weeks parking cost 78€
