Car change of ownership

My neighbour wants to buy my car. I am resident, he is non resident. Please can you recommend a company or individual who can handle the transfer? Many thanks.

This was advice from Julie last week on transferring ownership
"The buyer usually pays the transfer tax and second-hand purchase tax, but as the seller I would notify Tráfico as soon as you sell the vehicle. You can do this with your digital signature. Then, if the buyer doesn't put the car into his/her name straightaway, you won't be liable for any fines. Make sure buyer and seller complete a sales contract, as that's all that's required to do the transfer online with the buyer's digital signature. I would also keep a copy of their ID just in case"

Go to any Gestor. They will do everything for you. All you gotta do is sign.
