The European Parliament have in front of them proposals to allow visa free entry to UK subjects entering their member countries , provided The UK allows Visa free travel to Members of E.U. Countries, which the UK Government has already stated its intention do so.  Apparently a 7 euro fee is payable every three years for travellers from the UK to E.U Countries who will be required to limit their stay to 90 days out of every 180 days.

You call it "news" but your own post says it is "proposals".
