Who else is struggling to get in contact with Ryan air ??

I have rang both English and Spanish customer service to no avail

I have flights booked in April and do not want to Change them as they then require more payment, and not convenient for me. I would be changing them for the sake of it.  Also all the flights cost more than the original ones costing me another £200.

My daughter was due to come out this Saturday for Mother’s Day and this morning Thursday she as been notified her flight as been cancelled, however she is now required to go into Ryan air website and fill in a refund form.

Sounds easy, but it is not, when completing the form it is not recognised the booking number saying it is not found and not letting you submit the form.  It also states if you do not complete this form before you fly you are unable to get a refund.
It should not be this stressful

Anyone else having the same difficulties?
any advise ?  other then never having anything to do with Ryan air again

Same here, when I clicked on the "Get refund" button in my booking I was redirected to their flight search page. The I went in again via "Disruptions and actually got to the form but, like you, it didn't recognize my booking reference. I then sat on live chat for 3 hours when I gave up. I'm guessing they are working through flights due in the next couple of days so I will keep trying over the weekend.
Just a thought, as Ryanair have actually cancelled the flight, what are the chances of claiming back through the credit card I used to book them, is this something covered by the agreement?

When you do get in contact with them you will find their definition of "refund" is not the same as in the Dictionary, it will be a credit for future flights and you will find them more expensive with you having to pay the difference.

I don’t know it should be simple, the live chat is just a robot answering, so no help. When the flight is cancelled there should be a refund we should not have to claim it back

I have the same problem - their on line refund system is definitely not working - probably due to the numbers trying to use it. I have taken a photo of the screen which shows the continue button 'ghosted', this is all I can do as cannot get through to anyone and the chat system not working. If Ryanair themselves will not refund then I am sure this will be enough for the credit card co to do a refund.

My advice is just to keep trying.

My flight (Dublin to Murcia for 4th April) came up as Cancelled in 'My Bookings' last night. I tried to submit a  'Refund' around 20 times this morning with the same thing -  'Reservation Number Invalid' every time (which its not!). However, I tried again just now (3.30pm) and it went through, first attempt, will be processed within 7 days, refund in 5-7 days!. Just keep trying, every couple of hours, its Ryanair of course!  however to be fair, this is far from their normal refund experience
