electric bill

Hi we have received a electric bill for March and we weren't over in our house would it be estimated????we don't know Spanish.

If you are with Ibedrolla it is likely your bill is based on a reading of a meter outside your property. I would suggest that you register on their website to use their Virtual Office where you can monitor your usage, go paperless to get your bills and manage your account even when back in the U.K.

Of course you will be billed. Standing charges apply in Spain as they do in the UK.  The bill should be about 20e per month standing charge

Give them a ring they have an option to be assisted in english if you are with iberdrola.
