Handover of property to house refugees

I am considering handover of my property to the Spanish Gov on a rental basis to house refugees on a long term contract

Never knew you could do that. Are you selling it to the government to house refugees? Or just going to inform them that you have a property for rental for them? Are you planning on making money from it?

Not selling any income may go to charity depends on tax position I hold ownership of property gov maintains it as handover
