I also think your jacket is worth having repaired. All haberdasherys have repair hands I use one in San Pedro de Pinatar but you might find one in Torrevieja more convenient

All dry cleaners and laundries have repair hands you could ask around. There are lots of Spanish ladies excellent at repairs. Good luck

Thank you. I’ll try that. Otherwise I need to send it back to uk and I’m worried about getting it sent back to Spain as nothing seems to arrive here

Hi, i am Anna seamstress in La Marina, San Fulgencio. I have there a studio for al kind of alterations.
If you want i can look to your jacket and we can discuss the possebilitys.
Invisible repair is not totaly possible. You always see something about it.
You can find me in the add a business La Marina on the forum under the name Anna/Totalwedding
I would try the kite fabric repair kit from Decathlon https://www.decathlon.co.uk/self-adhesive-fabric-tape-id_1103485.html
Worked wonders on my kids' down jacket. Even stayed on after a (gentle) machine wash. Given that your puffa is black the chances are that this would last you for another year. When it comes off you can tape on another piece from the same pack.
