4 months prison sentence doesn´t mean jail. In Spain you don't normally go to jail if sentenced to less than 2 years unless you have accumulated sentences that add up to 2 years not served in prison or other special circumstances.

In the Leader and Olive tree papers its said she has been Jailed. So I'm assuming that's what it means.
