Good morning all.
Can somebody please tell me if there are any local Thai Chi/Yoga/ Pilates chair exercise classes ?
I live in the Lomas de Caba Roig area and so far can find no information.

They do a yoga class on playa flamenca beach on Sunday mornings and just ask for a donation to help at home u just turn up I think it’s 10am

Maxx gym in playa flamenca does excellent yoga and pilates classes. Pilar de Horadada tourist information provides tai chi and yoga (free) on riomar beach
