Whilst we  are locked down .let's see who can advise or recommend a good bottle of wine from any supermarket  red or white .and let's keep it under 6 e ..But the cheaper the better I will start off with EL COTO. Red or white good value at around 3.50e

El Coto crianza Rioja, nice, always similar good standard. Not too keen on the white. I prefer a Rueda ("Vega del Barón) is cheap & cheerful. I´m just going to have a glass.

I answered before I finished the bottle!

The last one I got from Dia supermarket. & only 2.19€ (2018) it´s not bad. The others, Rueda 3€ - 6€. If I come across a goody, I´ll let you know when I´ve finished wine tasting.

Whenever I used to eat out (now a distant memory) I always liked a lovely white wine called Vinolopo. I've looked in the supermarket but can never find it. My local restaurateur says is trade only. Is he correct or can you advise where to get it? Cheers?

Castillo de Liria from most outlets, Consum, Masymas, etc. Available in medium and dry white, Rosado and Shiraz is a Valencian wine and most places sell at €2.29 a bottle!
