We use Juan Morales as our solicitor. J & A Lawyers. Office on road behind Strip in Cabo Roig, calle del mar. Opposite side of road from Health Centre and just up from Rianxeria restaurant. Lovely chap. Speaks great English

We used Sunworld and found them to br great. Aimee took us to different areas and to view different styles of property . She showed us areas of interest and La Zenia Boulevard there was no pressure at all and she was unbiased. She even took us down to Los Alcazares as it was on our list . They are property finders and can show you properties listed with different agents. l would use them again

we went againt all advise to get selerate lawyer and used them for conveience. they were all very helpful. We gave Dawn power of attorney and she dealt with everything for us making ut all hassle free. she took us to open a current account and set up all necessary direct debits. one went wrong and when l contcted her she paid the bill and then sorted it from our account as we were in UK. l have contacted her with a couple if queries and ahe has always been happy to help. she is English
