I have an apartment in Cabo Roig valued about 90k euros. I am non-resident at present. Mapfre charge me about €220 yearly. Is this a reasonable deal ?
I read somewhere that you need to be in Spain for a number of months or the insurance is invalidated ??

We have a two bedroomed apartment in Playa Flamenca .Have insurance with Mapfre €160 per year

We pay 155€ for 2 bed bungalow.
Mapfre very good but very expensive. It depends what area you are in as to premium. I was with Mapfre and saved €40 by changing and I’m in Cabo Roig. Try an agent for quotes, I use GENERALI next door to Mercadona on way to Le Zenia boulevard.

Try Easycover at La Zenia. They are actually in the same block as Mapfre.
I have 2 bedroom Terrace house and I pay €144. I am with Sabadell Bank where I bank

We pay 160 for 3 bed apt.
Try Jennifercunningham insurance agency in benijofar very helpful.
