Hello all.

Is the Gym in La Regia the only one in Cabo Roig? Does anyone go there and can give me an idea of fees opening times etc? Are tere any others nearby that people would recomend?

Hi

The gym in Play Flamenca is excellent. My son is a gym bunny and uses it ad hoc when he comes to stay with me. The yearly subscription works out to around a euro per day or near enough. They offer daily, weekly, or yearly subscription.

Hi Lindsay

My daughter and her boyfriend are both fitness instructors and whilst staying with us in Villlamartin they subscribed for one week at Max Fitness Gym in Playa Flamenca on the N332 along from La Zenia roundabout. It cost then each €30 for a week, they said this was very reasonable and the Gym was extremely well equipped with free weights, spinning bikes and a whole floor of cardio equipment.

They will use it again when they are over.

You get access to the Gym by driving behind the N332 from the La Zenia market roundabout.
