How to Change phone number with health centre

We have temporary SIP cards for the Covid vaccine.
I've changed my Spanish phone number. Can I let them know the new number online?

Hello,
I suggest you take your new number to your local health centre and give it to them ( with your SIP card)... Finding where to update it on line might delay your opportunity for a vaccination appointment & it's too important to do that.
