Hi I am on holiday with my elderly father who has uti does this clinic do medical interventions or are we best going straight to hospital in Torrevieja? He may need catheterizing

I'd go straight to the urgencia at the hospital hopefully he has an EHIC or GHIC.

Thankyou no he hasnt got one with him but has one still within date at home. I looked on internet and saw we can call a number for prc provisional replacement certificate plus saga has opened up a claim in preparation and have given us claim number and assured us he will be civetrd

Be prepared for an extremely long wait at at Torrevieja Hospital. They are extremely short staffed, so waiting times can be 20 hours +.
Don’t forget you need to wear a mask in the hospital and along with your GHIC replacement certificate you’ll need to take your passport for ID.

You say Saga have started a claim so I assume you have Saga Travel Insurance?
If its quicker & probably easier, you can go to any private Dr or clinic that is covered by your policy & get an urgent prescription.
