Hi Suse

Are you expecting to visit for a holiday, or is it your intention to move to Spain permanently? Say which and you can be advised more accurately. 🤪🥂

Hi guys not sure if you can help on this as it's a bit of a random question.  Was wondering  if  The La Mambo  bar on cabo Roig strip has opened ??? Or if it's closed down permanently

Cheers

Hi Suse

Sorry to hear you’ve given up on living in Spain.

For selling your property, don’t worry about paperwork, you are currently not allowed by the U.K. government to leave. Possibly for an emergency, but not this.

The Spanish government have also restricted travel into Spain. Selling your property does not count as a reason to visit. Reading the government advice should help, however, you also need to consider the advice of the Spanish government. No use whatsoever the U.K. saying you can travel if the Spanish refuse you entry 🤪🥂

This information is incorrect. There is an exemption from the UK travel ban for people who are visiting a foreign country to buy or sell a property or to do work to get their property ready for letting. So no problem for you leaving the UK but getting in to Spain is a different matter. At present the Spanish government is talking about allowing UK visitors in June but we will just have to wait for the official confirmation.

You are allowed out of UK for property sale but not into Spain!
