Villa rental and airport transfers

I would like to thank helpful members on this forum for making me aware that transfers and taxing offered by some villa rental company’s is not legal and uninsured . I used HolidaysinSpain4U and had no idea that the transfers and taxis used were not insured . This company advertises on holiday lettings so I assumed it was professional. I have also been made aware of the property licensing laws . I think the property I stayed in this year was licensed but not sure as no plaque displayed . I am looking to buy but until then will choose rental property and transfers with more care .

I had none of the above . In fact my meet and greet in May was a picture of keys left in the garden .

Thank you Ray . The property manager has a license number on his website . That’s the only number I have seen . Booking is done by email and deposit paid . Balance paid by cash on arrival . No receipts .
