Hi Everyone.

I am heading to Cabo Roig to view properties and hopefully buy over the next couple of weeks. Beachside or La Regia are both options. Can anyone tell me if the noise from the strip in the peak months goes late? I am looking at some apartments close to the strip (where I want to be) but I just want an idea of how busy and loud it gets late at night through the Summer. I want to be walking distance to the action and there are some well priced apartments, but wanted to make sure I am not moving to 'party central' lol.  Any thoughts or advice would be great.

Cheers! Andy.

Hi I live in playa flemenca sorry i cant answer your question, but if your looking for a honest eastate agent give Tracey and Rob at Orangecasas a go they helped me choose the right property for us. They are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them.

If you would like there email let me know

Hi Lorraine!

Thanks for the reply. Yes, if you could give me their details, I will certainly consider it. Several real estate agents are in touch with me right now, but it is always good to get a personal recommendation.

Cheers. Andy.

Would not recommend close to Cabo Roig Strip, late night funfairs operate and some Bars are open to at least 04.00 A.M. with the noise of entertainment and then people leaving after that.

My friends are renting an apartment this week at la rotunda and are saying it’s noisy late at night/early morning. Also the cafe below put out their chairs and tables at 7am waking them up.

I’m up at San Jose 11 fase 11 and it’s lovely and quiet all year round and a 5 min walk to the strip. Best of both worlds!!

Stayed in  apartments near bushwaka in October last year   Apartment was nice but unable to sleep Weekend nights for noise.

Out of season live music at weekends till early hours.  In season can be every night    If had been staying longer we talked about moving into a hotel at weekends it was so bad.     Can imagine summer months will be a nightmare.   Liked the area though but decided  a definite no to anywhere near strip.

Me and the Mrs have a place up in La Regia so walking distance to the strip (ten minutes). I have no idea what your budget is but I know there are at least three properties for sale in and around Calle Talco. Which is the the top street that backs onto the motorway. Don't let that put you off as they are elevated from the motorway and you dont hear any road noise.Hope this helps.

There are some really nice properties for sale Beachside in La Zenia, located half way between Cabo Roig Strip and La Zenia Bars so all the action is ten minutes walk away, plus the beach is within a short walk meaning a car is not needed.
