The answer is yes he is.  He told everyone that covid 19 was just like having flu and not to worry. -  now look where they are!!  Why doesn’t he make use of all the knowledgeable and experienced people Around him!  As the song goes ‘ God bless America’ cos they’ll need all the help they can get.😩😷

I'm afraid that both China and the USA have been using the WHO for political point-scoring against each other.  The WHO is walking a diplomatic tight-rope between them, trying to deliver its purpose for the good of WORLD health interests.  I wouldn't expect Trump to understand, much less to care about that, with his "America first" mantra.  His behaviour is shameful, but given the Covid-19 stats for the USA, it's hardly surprising that he's flailing around looking for someone else to blame.

This forum is open to all religions political inclination or general interest. Certainly "related" to Spain but not confined to, as we live in the world with others. At the moment more so. I hope you enjoy & involve yourself/selves & find "some" of help.

I don't know which 5 people found my post "Helpful", but it's as much their prerogative to do so, as it is yours to disagree. Similarly with the "Unhelpful" button, which is why I drew it to your attention.

When I joined this forum about 3 years ago, I had no preconceptions about its purpose and wouldn't dream of imposing my view of what it should or should not be.  I found it by accident when it came up in search results for some information I was looking for - and what a find, it's been invaluable to me!  

So long as members aren't personally insulting or inappropriate, anything goes as far as I'm concerned.  I find the best way to deal with subject matters in which I have no interest is simply to scroll on to the next one.

I hope you're keeping well.

It seems that Sweden is still relying on the "herd immunity" theory, even though it hasn't been proven.  Initially, the UK was relying on the same theory, but changed tack when new modelling from Imperial College London demonstrated the potentially catastrophic results of continuing on that path.  In time and with accurate testing, we may discover that "herd immunity" can be achieved, but the nature of SARS-CoV-2 and the speed with which Covid-19 spreads is such that many more people would have to lose their lives before we know one way or other.
