Hi - I have a little apartment in Cabo roig on Calle tramontana and when I go back to the UK our sons and siblings will take it in turns to pop across here for their holidays until we return - am just concerned that it electric/water problems occur is there a number of someone in the area that would help do you know?

Kind thoughts

Marie🙂🙏

Hi there, a couple of thoughts - check your property insurance as many policies will insist that the water is turned off in a property which is unoccupied for long periods.

Many property owners pay for a key holder in Spain who can also arrange for regular property checks to keep an eye on things and give peace of mind whilst you are in the U.K. This arrangement has been very useful for us, but especially during the past couple of years.

Our key holder/ property agent has always been able to recommend good tradespeople when we have required it too. 😀
