I used Sun Lawyers this year.  I had to complete 2 returns as I have property in the UK and I am a resident.  It was 120€ for both, 60€ each.  I think the non-residents tax is cheaper, but give tgem a call.  They are very helpful and speak English.

Though I wonder if there are step by step instructions anywhere, on how to do it oneself (paying through a Belgium bank from UK), as it's extremely simple to calculate the tax and complete the modelo 210 form....  Its the final submission and payment bit I'm not sure about. ...

I've been online filled out the forms.

Only thing we're not sure about is the payment of their fees, they want bank card details not direct transfer from bank. Yet they want DD or bank transfer for the tax payment?

We'd prefer to pay all by bank transfer

As we'd be in control.

What's your experience of this.

Im pretty sure I bank transferred to Iberiatax bank account, the money for my taxes and their fees - all in one single payment.
