Will there be any Santa Semana processions in Cabo Roig or surrounding areas this Easter?

There is one in Torrevieja. Don't have any details of route and timing though.

Every town has a full programme for Semana Santa, usually centred around the main church in the municipality so  Orihuela   town have the processions

Torrevieja   Pilar de La Horadada details.

If you check out the town hall websites you’ll find the details of any other municipality you care to visit.

You might enjoy the ones in Pilar de la Horadada, smaller so easier to see etc.
