Does anyone have any update on the St Patrick's Day parade this year. I know it is due to be held on Sunday 15th but with the Coronavirus situation I wondered if it is still going ahead ? Thanks
What "Coronavirus situation" are you referring to?
If you mean the ridiculous overblown hysteria building up around it well the truth is you've probably got as much chance of being abducted by aliens on your way there or back than catching it.
IMO dealing with the "situation" is a simple binary choice, you either hide yourself away and live like a recluse or get on with normal life and deal with whatever may come your way, I've made my decision!
As far as the event in question goes I'm due to participatate in the classic car parade and as of yesterday have not been notified of any changes to the plans nor expecting to be.

Well Dublin has already cancelled theirs. Spain to decide on large outdoor events tomorrow so that might impact in the Cabo Roig parade.

Cabo Roig parade cancelled! I won’t be going in any jam packed pubs either especially given the increase in cases in Cabo Roig. At my age I’m not taking any risks!
