Too wooly a question to answer meaningfully, what's "enough power" to you might be twice as much as for the next man or not enough to scratch tbe surface for another!
Yes with solar you can if you want go completely off grid and eliminate all bills but for that you will need a system which includes batteries capable of storing all the power you might need during the hours of darkness and on dull or rainy days.
Dependant on your own usage that could cost upwards of say €8-10k so based on your current bills how long will it take to achieve payback on that sort of capital outlay?
All other schemes retains will retain a connection to the grid and the potential for bills even if they are only standing charges, and IVA of course.

These are all prices for DIY though and turnkey projects could add thousands to those.
If you're serious then I throughly recommend the Solar Electricty Handbook 2021 Edition which is available from Amazon.es, it's a goldmine of practical information and €20 well spent!
