In a previous thread, I suggested discussions take place via the Private Message function, as we know that Read has been on this forum under another guise and as good as Alex is at spotting it, he can't always get to it as quickly as he would like.
I'll find the other thread on this forum from another victim and update this post with the link.

I did [as you know] post this before on this site but had to take it down as we were promised a full refund but he lied and lied again so this time it stays up.

I am not happy - does anyone want to join me in taking action against this low life

It's sad that ripoff builders from the UK taint all UK builders with the same reputation. Even in the UK when I moved to an area unknown to me (rural Essex) I used sites such as MyBuilder.com or TrustaTrader as they have feedback systems from previous customers. Can see a gap in the market for British ex-pats living in Spain.

It is worth remembering that these types will move and pop up again under a different name. So we really need to see what he looks like.

Regarding the English Trust my Builder type sites they do not exclude dodgy traders or shoddy workmen as we found out. Many will only take on jobs where they see a big profit.

Not used but been ripped off big time in UK. No recompense; no legal help available. Just posting to let u know it happens in the Glorious Outer London UK also. Cheats DO prosper, by £thousands. Jmb
