Hey! I want to get a train from callosa to Valencia - I live in Formentera del Segura and think callosa is the closest train station to me for journeys to Valencia. I want to park my car overnight for 2 or 3 nights. Can anyone suggest where I can park? Can you park for free on the street or is there restrictions?

Thanks, Lauren

The station doesn't have a car park. The only car park is a bit of rough ground by the medical centre, but it's a bit far to lug a suitcase, and I'd feel uneasy leaving a car there overnight.

The majority of the streets are free parking and if it were me I'd be looking to park on the road leading down to the station - Paseo de la Estación. That always has cars parked on it day and night, and I think there's safety in numbers. There are times of day when it's pretty well parked up, and in the past there have been odd times when I've had to go round the block a couple of times until a space appears.

The other alternative is the next station up the line at San Isidro. This does have a car park, but the station is pretty isolated and, again, I'd be uneasy about leaving a car there overnight.
