Proceed to your Council Dept. "Tributos" to pay "impuesto Municipal sobre vehiculos de tracción mecánica". Perhaps its too early, then make sure you leave an address wher you can be notified accordingly in due tiime.

As it's Alicante province, I'd have expected the tax to be collected by SUMA, who are at Av. de Ifach, 9 in Calpe.
If the bill was issued by SUMA, it will tell you how to pay it, which will include collaborating banks.
