Disposal of large household items

How do we dispose of general household items in Calpe, including bulky items such as sofas, mattresses etc? We just bought a villa in Calpe and are having a clear out!

In Calpe there are 5 so called "punto limpio" where you can dispose any unwanted item.

Another option is phoning your Calpe Ayuntamiento to ask if they collect your get larger items, which you may not be able to take to a "punto limpio". There is usually not a fee for collection.

If the items are in reasonable condition consider donating to charity, the ultimate in recycling.

There may be a guy driving round in a van that will take them for car boots etc we have many from our morrocan community who would help you out ask around locally I would say
