Hi All

After our family has received the necessary vaccinations and the UK travel restrictions are lifted , my brother and wife is proposing to visit our empty flat in Calpe and 'gut'  the place (ie. after our evicted tenant left it in a state of disrepair with his illegal subletting).  It needs all the rubbish furniture , dirty sofas and beds removed plus the whole flat cleaned and fumigated. I really don't understand why the tenant stuck carpet tiles on our marble floors but they'll also have to be removed.

I was wondering whether anyone knows of any local companies that do this type of work?  We really need to smarten it up before selling it asap. I think we've had enough of this far Left government with the threat of higher taxes for non-resident property owners (plus the spectre of okupas which I hear has increased by 1000% in some regions of Spain).

Many thanks

Look around for shopsigns displaying "reformas" and always insist on a written estimiate. Do no accept upfront or part payments.
