I am posting this question again as very little response. I have a mobile takeaway on my land and the syuntamiento are threatening to close me down because I don't have a toilet. I have checked takeaway shops on calpe and they DONT gave toilets. Any help would be appreciated.

Presumably you have a licence or permit of some sort for your business, does that say anything on the subject?
