Maryvilla is nice but we wanted something a bit closer to town.

Yes of course we can keep in touch.

The house will be up for rental for 5 years ago and hopefully at that point we will be able to retire and spend 3-6 months at a time there.

Anyway it all rests on the mortgage application.

What about you? Still looking?

We have been looking for 18 months.

Hi, we are thinking of selling up and moving out full time. We will need a villa with a   separate apartment to rent out as we wont have an income. We are in our mid fifties and worn out !!! We are hoping next year but Brexit has got in the way so will have to see how that works out. We have viewed four villas in Marryvilla not sure they are very practical for holiday makers. I think the best thing to do is sell our house then go out for a couple of months and check out different areas. Xx
