Armoured Security Front Door - Local Trusted Installers

Hi All

Does anyone know of a reputable installer of armoured security front doors in and around Calpe? Now that we have finally evicted our tenant via the Courts of Denia (taken over 3 years and cost us many thousands of euros ) we are assuming he will try and break back in and start subletting our flat again . He actually runs a property rental agency association in another flat which he uses as an office 2 floors above our own apartment.

I have tried 'Carpinteria La Viruta' who said he would provide a quote but has now gone quiet on my emails when I chase for his quote.

Are there any other companies that would provide the service we require to secure our property while we are in lockdown in UK (with severe travel restrictions for many months to come)?

In any case, be sure to get all the keys and/or change the lock cylinder immediately - just in case...

Yes, our locksmith changed the locks on the day of our tenants eviction (with the help of the Guardia Civil). The tenant was subletting our flat to some other man who wouldn't leave, so the police were called in. The new set of keys are now being held by our lawyer , locked away in his Alicante office.

I suspect if anyone did enter our premises , our lawyer can testify that the keys have never left his office , therefore any person occupying our premises must have broken into our apartment.

This tenant and his family are on the wrong side of the law and able to cause us much misery.

The quote we got was 1.7k euros which is really too hefty a price for us, considering we've already spent 4k on solicitor/court costs evicting this tenant. I've heard that even with an armoured door , many squatters still somehow manage to break in.
