Just Google Chinese Bazaars in Calpe and this will provide you with several options.

There are at least two. One is on the dual carriageway which runs on the edge of the town, and the other is diagonally opposite the Mercadona site on the opposite side of the road not far away.

There is one near Aldi but not the cheapest or best quality and find the staff very unhelpful. I would recommend the one at the top near mercadonna for choice and value

Is this the one opposite the Esmeralda car park - on the opposite side of the road?

Possibly, but as I don’t live there, I cannot be certain. I have a feeling that the Esmeralda is much further down in the area of all the ‘new’ development. My remarks actually referred to the area near the old tow, where the road runs just past the bottom edge of the town, there’s a Mercadona there.
