On holiday and looking for a temporary dance floor or piece of ply wood or dance studio to dance on . In Villa and can't dance on concrete In case of injury.  ( Irish dancer - doinglight ballet and heavy tap dancing)

I suggest you have a look in your nearest Aki (Habaneras shopping centre) and Leroy Merlin (la Zenia Boulevard).

Unfortunately Spanish plywood is quite soft, and I doubt you'd get as good sound results as you'd like when doing tap.

You could consider laminate flooring, which is quite high density MDF with a pattern on top of it, but you'd need a frame to keep the bits together.

I think you'd be better off with an 8' x 4' sheet of chipboard - it's a lot harder than plywood, and although it might look a bit naff, I think you'd get better results.

Why not take your tap shoes along to Leroy's, lay out a bit of chippy, and do a Flashmob!
