If their customer service is anything like that of their sister company that provides telephone and broadband, I would recommend that you avoid them like the plague! Only my personal experience though.
I prefer to stick with Iberdrola, because they own all the equipment etc, so in the event of a problem, they can't deny that it's down to them. And I have just been on a price comparison website and Iberdrola were only a tiny bit dearer - certainly not worth the hassle of changing. What I tend to do is make sure that I am on the Iberdrola tariff that is cheapest for me. I've also got a day/night meter which saves a lot of money as we make sure, as much as possible, that we use power during the 'low' period.
