Wifi Provider?

Hello. Am moving to Castalla International very soon, hopefully but have been searching for a wifi/mobile/TV provider and cannot find one that covers the urbanisation. I wanted to use Virgin telco but although they cover Castalla, I cannot find my road listed. So please can anyone tell me if Virgin do cover the urbanisation or giving me the networks who do cover the area? Does the urbanisation have another way of identifying it for companies?
