There are universal remotes for aircons, or try to find out the most suitable from the manufacturer's customer sercice..

Hello, you should try the Red Der electrical shop in castalla Town ( they are just up the hill from cafe L'hostal).
They do air con units and everything electrical but they are also very helpful when needed. They may be able to locate the parts you need.
