Does anyone know of a company/person who would take a cat to Bulgaria (15 km from Varna)?

Unless you ship it by air I doubt that the animal will survive.

I found this company called Trans-Pet, although they advertise Spain - UK, I would call and ask if they have any suggestions/recommendations for Bulgaria.
Failing that, call in and ask at any Vets in the area to see if they can suggest anyone
