I received a message by text claiming to be from Correos saying they had a parcel for us. They asked for our bank detail in order to pay the tax. PLEASE DELETE MESSAGE - THIS IS A SCAM. Correos NEVER ask for money on line.

These are commonplace scam emails. There are many people nowadays have parcel deliveries and, of course, the scum that devise these scams are always there to steal your cash.
I have had several varieties of these scam emails which I always ignore.

I was waiting for a Correos Express delivery yesterday and received one of these scam messages saying 1.79€ needed to be paid with a link to pay it, just bin them they are a well known scam.
