I feel so sorry for all the animals who must be petrified of the bangs that go off so often. At 2 this morning , I was woken by such loud bangs, I thought I was in a war zone, it was like constant bombs going off. I’m all for fun and fiestas but do they need to be so loud?
I agree, our dog is a nervous wreck with fireworks going off or even the noise of the bin lorries emptying the large bins in the street near us, he has taken to hiding under the bed and it takes ages to encourage him to come out.
It’s not just my dog then! We drive over here so she can come with us rather than kennels but she hates it here due to all the noise! I hope as she gets used to it, it won’t be as bad.
It is reassuring to hear that animals here are used to it, I’m a real animal lover and a worrier! I hope mine gets used to it, and yes, I’ve got some tablets to try and calm her. Thanks.
