Hi,
You may not get much response as responsible shelters and owners would want to know your reason for wanting specifically a neutered tomcat. Maybe if you put more detail you may get feedback. Lots of animal shelters do have tomcat and they will have been neutered but would also do a home check to make sure that they are going to a loving home as many have been abandoned or abused.
This is not having a go at you just to make you aware :)
