We have recently bought a new printer, but despite hours spent trying to get it up and running we have failed...... does anyone know of a company/person who could come and help us with it? I live in Catral.

Depending on your OS and printer model you need special software called "driver(s)" usually supplied with the printer by the manufacturer. Or go to the manufacturer's website and look under "downloads" or "support" for adequate driver(s). Some printers will not work (any more) under W 10 after an update. It's worthwhile considering switching to a Linux based OS.
Thank you we have tried downloading the drivers with no success unfortunately.....

You might get better help if you tell us the operating system on your computer, and the make and model of the printer.
Hi If you install team viewer (search google) remove any files with passwords or bank details.. I could help you remotely.. I have a villa in catral but based in uk.. you would be able to watch what I'm doing and you have control who you allow remote access.. what the make and model of the printer and what windows version are you running? I work in IT installing software for banks, police etc.. I'll do this for you during the week.. email [email protected] for free.. I do for my mum the same way

I have a very large video ( 2hr 30min, continuous)on my iPhone which would like to email to family. Compressed the video but still can’t send it. Can someone help with this issue please. Thank you

You can then share it with your family who will also need an account.

You can also do the shame sharing procedure by using Onedrive too

Okay I use these applications to manipulate my video files
4k video downloader allows you to download video's off youtube (music for me).. Very efficient.
They also do conversion of 4k files which might help.
