Covid test to return to Uk

Can anybody help me please I’ve emailed IMed to try and book a test to return to UK but keep getting what seems like an automated response
Does know how to prebook?
What does it say on their website?
I know Quiron salud have a telephone number on their website which you can call to book the tests or you can register online as a patient and book a test that way.

For the Quiron salud hospital in Torrevieja they suggest you can just turn up but I suspect if things get busy you might be waiting a while.
They advertise this number, 901 500 501, as being the one you can use to book the tests. We have booked our fully vaccinated daughter an antigen test for 45 euro - though we did it online after creating an account for her and given it is yet to take place I can't confirm how good the service is. Reportedly the results are available immediately.

This is the route we used for booking in Elche. Really straightforward and efficient. We booked at 7pm and were straight in and out.

My neighbours called in to see about their tests.
As there was a queue,they didn't wait,but said you don't need an appointment,you can just call in,and wait your turn at the Imed.
